楽しかった！！
It was so much fun!!
ラップもめちゃくちゃ難しかったけど他にも
色々とおふざけ（演技？）要素盛り込んで
場所によって歌い方や声変えたりして
とにかく全力で楽しんで録音しました(笑)
I've never attempted to rap, so that was something completely new, and there were so many parts where I'd change my style of singing or the tone of my voice, and so I had loads of fun singing this song. >w<
あ、でもリズム合ってないのはわざとじゃないです
あれは真面目にやって全然できてませぬ(ﾉ∀｀*)ﾍﾟﾁ
But the parts where I'm completely way off the rhythm was definitely not intentional. I just could NOT get that part... lol

リズムなおさないで～ってお願いしました(笑)
But I thought it was kind of funny, so I asked _Soma to not fix any rhythm on this one. :P

マッシュルのOPをやろうと思ったとき
踊りの部分をアバターで再現できないので
手描きでいけるのでは！？と挑戦
When I decided to do Mashle op, I wanted to do the dance part. Since I couldn't do that with the penguin avatar, I figured I'd try with my hand drawn doodles.
300枚以上絵を描くことになるとわかっていれば
こんな無謀な挑戦やらなかったかも(笑)
Had I known I'd have to draw over 300 pics, I might not have even tried. lol
でも描いてるときはとにかく楽しくて
時間が過ぎるのがあっと言う間でした(笑)
But when I was drawing all the pics, I had so much fun time really flew.

絵を描くのに多分2週間ぐらいかかったのでしょうか
I think it took me about two weeks to do the pics.
いざ動画エディターで動かす、となったら
絵をたくさん描いたおかげで音楽のタイミングに
あわせるのと、足りない部分の絵をたまに補ったりして
それでも一週間はかからなかったかと
それよりも歌詞に時間かかりました(笑)
Making the animation (?) in the video editing software didn't take too long, thanks to the 300+ doodles I drew. It actually took much longer working on the lyrics. lol

FF7リバースのリリース日に何かあげたかったんです
I wanted to upload something on the day FF7 Rebirth was released.
まさかその動画作るのに一か月以上かかるとは(笑)
Never thought I'd spend over a month working on the "quick" cover I was thinking of doing. lol
英訳もしないでさくっとやろうと思ったら
なんか映像に思った以上時間をかけてしまい(笑)
I was going to do something quick so I didn't even attempt to translate the lyrics to English. Never did I imagine I'd spend weeks drawing pics for the video. lol
マッシュルはマンガサイトのセールのときに
一巻読んでおもしろいなーアニメ化しないかなー
と思ってたので1期から観てます(笑)
I'd read the first volume of the Mashle manga a few years ago, and I was hoping they'd turn it into an anime. So I was happy when they did season one, and pleasantly surprised that season two followed pretty shortly!
2期のOPは変な歌、ぐらいの認識だったのですが
なんか流行ってるらしいと小耳にはさんで
よくよく聴いてみたらなんか凄く変
でもやってみたら面白そう！？
The opening for the second season, I didn't actually pay too much attention to it. All I thought was, jeez what a weird opening. Until I started seeing the song coming up on my YouTube recommendations, and I saw people covering the song left and right. So I was like, what on earth? Gave them a listen, and lo and behold, I got hooked. lol
そして動画流しながらコメントとか観てたら
どうやら後半の歌詞はR指定さんご自身の
ことをラップにしてるらしいとのこと
I was reading through the comments section looking for the lyrics, when someone was commenting how the second half of the lyrics was about the rapper himself.
ふーん、面白いことするな
And I was like that's a pretty cool idea.

What if I turned that part into a parody section about Aeris? That way I'd be doing a cover of this song that's abuzz right now as well as make it be about the FF7 Rebirth release commemoration and kill two birds with one stone!

Like I said, I've never rapped and have absolutely no understanding of rap lyrics, so there were many times I was ready to give up when recording or working on parodying the lyrics...
でもエアリス愛で全て切り抜けました(笑)
But my love for my forever-heroine Aeris got me through! <3
