紅葉が始まり、
近所の路上駐車している車の屋根に
ゴツンゴツン
と結構な音を立てて
木の実が落ちる季節になりました
皆様いかがお過ごしでしょうか
寒い空気が気持ちいい、と窓を開け放って
ブルブルしているタカペンです
The leaves are starting to turn color, and the nuts or acorns, or whatever they are, are falling pretty heavily on the rooftops of the neighbors' cars parked out on the street. Every time of this year, makes me wonder if they don't leave any dents or marks on the cars and makes me glad that my parking spot is not under any kind of trees.
今日は現在準備中のものについて
軽く触れておきたいと思います

So right now I'm in the process of preparing an article explaining about my throught processes behind the translyrics for "The First Star Sonority."

I'm thinking of doing either a violin cover of the First Star Sonority, and/or prepare an arranged version for beginner violin. Really depends on how tedious the melody turns out to be on the violin. I'm barely a step above the beginner myself, so. lol
まだまだ着手できていないので
予定は未定です
I haven't been able to get to it at all, so no way to tell if I really would do it or not.
ハロウィン / Halloween
先日仕事から帰宅している際に
毎イベントの飾りつけが
賑やかな、ご近所さんの前を
通りかかったら、ハロウィンの
飾りつけを仕上げていたんですね
So anyway, the other day, I was coming home from work, and I drove past a neighbor's house. They're always the most decorated house in the neighborhood imo, although until this past day, I've never really seen them working on the decor. So this time, I saw someone actually working on the finishing touches of the decoration and I was like, oh wow, first time I actually saw them!
それを見て
Then it occurred to me.
そっかΣ
Wait
ハロウィンだったわ！！！
OMG IT'S HALLOWEEN!!!
と、すっかりハロウィンのことを
忘れていたタカペンなのでした（汗
It somehow escaped my cognition that it was Halloween this month.
アメリカにいるので、もちろん
ニュースからお店まで全てが
ハロウィンカラーなのですが、
当たり前すぎてスルーしてました（笑）
I mean obviously, I've seen the stores with the Halloween displays and the news picking up on Halloween decorated houses etc, but it just didn't really register that Halloween was right around the corner. lol
とゆーことでとっても遅まきながら
せっかくYouTube始めたのだから
何かハロウィンのお歌をやらなければ
ならないのでは・・・！？
The thing is, since I started the YouTube channel, shouldn't I be doing something Halloweenie!?
と探してみたのですが、有名でカラ音源が
ありそうな曲は全て英訳されまくってたり
面白そうと思う曲はカラ音源がなかったり
今から準備するのは私には無理ですし
So I went on a Halloween song hunt, but to my chagrin, all the famous (?) Halloween songs have been already omg over translated into English. I mean I didn't think there were that many! Then for the not so well-known (?) songs I could find karaoke instrumental versions....
と悩んでいたのですが
So I was wondering what to do...
なんとか何かあげられそうです
But, something turned up, and it looks like I should be able to do an English cover of a Halloween song after all.
予定になかったので、ちょっと

頑張りたいと思います！
Wasn't part of my original plans, so the translation will be a bit rushed, but I'll do what I can!

So it looks like my next English translated cover song will be something Halloween related.
その後に、今温めているあれこれを
あげていければと思っています
After that, I can finally try to upload the other songs I've been working on. (Although y'know, Christmas is right around the corner once Halloween is over...! Then after that Valentine's Day...!! Too many winter holidays...!!)
